Minimum age to sail: Infants under 2 years of age are permitted to sail on MSC cruises. However, for itineraries lasting 11 nights or longer, children must be at least 2 years old at the time of embarkation to be allowed onboard.
Pregnancy Restrictions: Guests who have entered or will be entering their 24th week before or at any time during a cruise, will not be allowed to travel.
Traveling with minors: For cruises that include a U.S. port, the minimum age to sail without a parent or legal guardian is 21 years old. However, guests between the ages of 18 and 20 are permitted to stay in a cabin on their own, provided they are traveling with a guest who is at least 21 years old. For cruises that do not include a U.S. port, the minimum age to sail without a parent or legal guardian is 18.
